FP is an entirely new system for training the body, and many of our clients commit to practicing the FP way for life, through private sessions, group classes, or independent training.

  • Yes. Functional Patterns Sunshine Coast offers online training options via video link for clients who cannot attend in person.

    Our online sessions are personalised and structured similarly to our in-person training, with guided exercises, corrective drills, and movement coaching to ensure they are progressing safely and effectively from home or anywhere in the world.

    Online training is ideal for those with busy schedules, travel limitations, or distance from the studio, while still benefiting from FP principles. Minimal equipment required.

  • Yes. Functional Patterns Sunshine Coast is centrally located on the Sunshine Coast in Chevallum, just off the Bruce Highway.

    Our facility is located at Suite 10/68–72 Empire Crescent, Chevallum QLD 4555, making it easily accessible for clients across the Sunshine Coast. We have clients from Noosa to Caboolture, Maleny to Maroochydore, Caloundra to Coolum and everywhere in between.
